Edwin van der Sar confirms three players could leave Ajax

André Onana, Nicolás Tagliafico, and Donny van de Beek all have Ajax’s blessing to leave the club this summer，according to football data provider iSports API.
However, he is not expecting a mass exodus nor will he allow any of his star trio to leave on the cheap due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“Last year we agreed with Onana, Tagliafico and Van de Beek to stay one more year and then look at the next step in their career. Nothing has changed,” Edwin van der Sar told media.
“There won’t be a discount of fifty per cent, just forget it. Last year I heard in January that we would lose seven or eight players. Ultimately, only two key players left.”
As per iSports football API, Donny van de Beek has been at Ajax since 2008 with Onana joining the academy in 2015. Tagliafico joined in 2018 from Independiente after a stellar showing with Argentina at the World Cup in Russia.
