The final line-up for the 2024 Paris Olympics Men's Football competition has been set, with 16 teams divided into four groups. Guinea claimed the final spot after their 1-nil victory over Indonesia in the playoff match that took place in Clairefontaine.

Group A consists of the host country France, the United States (2022 CONCACAF U-20 champions), New Zealand (2023 OFC qualification winners), and the recently qualified Guinea. On the other hand, Group B comprises the teams from Argentina (the runners-up of the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament), Morocco (the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations winners), Iraq (third place in the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup), and Ukraine (a semi-finalist from the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship).

Group C will see encounters amongst Uzbekistan (runners-up of the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup), Spain (runners-up of the UEFA 2023 European Under-21 Championship), Egypt (runners-up of the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations), and the Dominican Republic (the 2022 CONCACAF U-20 championship runners-up).

Last but not least, Group D is filled with Japan (winners of the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup), Paraguay (champions of the 2024 CONMEBOL Pre-Olympic Tournament), Mali (third place in the 2023 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations), and Israel (semi-finalists of the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship).

Notably, England, who secured victory in the 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, did not participate. This decision came due to disagreements with the football federations of Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland, as under the IOC's authority, the nations can only appear as a British contingency. Additionally, Brazil, the reigning gold medalist, could not manage to qualify through the CONMEBOL region, marking their absence from the event.

The 2024 Paris Olympics Men's Football competition will run from July 24 to August 9.
