Spurs agree to sell Victor Wanyama to Montreal Impact

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they have reached an agreement with MLS side Montreal Impact for the transfer of Victor Wanyama.
The 28-year-old has been at the club since 2016 after signing from Southampton.
During his spell in North London the Kenyan made 97 appearances for Tottenham, scoring seven goals, according to professional football data provider iSports API.
He will go down in the club’s history for scoring the opening goal in the final game at White Hart Lane.
Wanyama will be under the stewardship of Arsenal legend Thierry Henry who manages Montreal.
They began their MLS campaign with a 2-1 win over New England on Saturday, recorded by iSports livescore API.
