In the 4th round of the UEFA Nations League A, Belgium hosted France at the King Baudouin Stadium. In the first half, Doku was very active, and Saliba conceded a penalty, but Tielemans missed the shot. Later, Faes committed a handball in the box, giving France a penalty, which Kolo Muani converted. Just before halftime, Openda equalized with a header.
In the second half, Koné's goal was disallowed, while Muani scored a second header to complete his brace. Tchouaméni fouled Tielemans, earning a second yellow card and was sent off. In the end, Belgium lost 1-2 to a 10-man France.
