1. What is the iSports API?
iSports API is a leading provider of sports data of 20 years of experience, offering comprehensive coverage of football and basketball data (scores, stats, schedules, standings, odds, play-by-play etc.) through easy-to-use APIs.

2. What sports and data types do you cover?
We mainly cover Football and Basketball. Data includes live scores, match/player/team statistics, schedules, standings, top scorers, odds, lineups and historical database. By the way, live animation and livescore widget are also provided.

3. What format does the API use?
Our API delivers data in lightweight, industry-standard JSON format over HTTPS. Responses are well-structured and documented for easy integration into any web or application.

4. How do I authenticate API requests?
Access is secured using API Keys. Upon registration, you'll receive a unique secret key. Include this key in every request you make to our endpoints. We list the explanation and details on Documentation for reference.

5. How do I register for an API key?
Visit the Registration page and sign up for an account. After successful login, you will see the key in the user dashboard.

6. What subscription plans are available?
We offer tiered plans:

  • Free Trial: Free access to all of our products for 15 days.
  • Subscription: Pay for a month, quarter, or year.
  • One-time sale: Only for our 20 years of database. Contact sales for pricing.

7. How often is your data updated (rate limit)?
Live scores updates in near real-time (1 minute/call is recommended). Non-live data, like schedule and results, is limited to 60 second/call, but suggested to call every 12 hours.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and USDT.

9. Is there technical support available? We provide 24/7 technical support through our ticketing system. Our customer service is always ready to assist with any issues or questions you may have.

10. Can I customize the data I receive? Yes, our API allows you to customize the data you receive by selecting specific leagues, teams, or types of data that interest you. Contact sales and we will tailor the best plan for you.
